SCENARIO:
EDO successfully created a client in DFA. Created client or transaction can be seen in pending for synchronization section, but data get lost upon actual synchronization.
SOLUTION 1:
Make sure Musoni System App were allowed or given the permission to your camera, contacts, location, notifications and photos & videos. Musoni App cannot capture the data unless permissions were given.
Specific Steps:
1. Open your Tablet or smartphone go to Settings >Apps >Musoni System App
2. Click Camera and choose >Allow only while using the App, Click Contacts >Allow, Click Location >Allow only while using the app, Click Notification >Slide switch to allow, Click Photos and Videos >Allow
3. Verify if under "Allowed" or Permissions you can find Camera, Contacts, Location, Notifications, Photos and Videos, if yes, then you have successfully granted those permissions.
4. Exit from Settings, Restart Musoni App, re-encode your data and test synchronization.
