SCENARIO:

After logging in to Musoni DFA, or everytime you click the Sync Action button in the Main Menu of Musoni DFA it displays "Sync Error" .


SOLUTION1:

Check if you are in online mode and have internet connection.

SOLUTION2:

Check Musoni DFA app permissions if Camera, Contacts, Location, Notifications, Photos and Videos are "ALLOWED" if not, follow these steps:

        1.) Open your tablet and go to Settings>Apps>Musoni System App>Permissions

        2.) Make sure Camera, Contacts, Location, Notifications, Photos and Videos are "allowed" by clicking on it one by one and it is selected in "Allow only while using the app".

        3.) Restart your DFA tablet.
