 ERROR DESCRIPTION 


Current password expired after 180 days validity but the reset password prompt was prevented due to the auto-fill of the saved credentials in the browser.



 SOLUTION 


  1. Using a PC, open a Desktop browser (Edge, Chrome and Firefox), then open a new window in "Private" mode (InPrivate in Edge, Incognito in Google Chrome, Private in Firefox) by clicking the Option menu (usually presented with 3 dots (ellipsis) in the upper right side of the browser window)

  2. Type or copy-paste (DO NOT CLICK!) the Musoni's URL (https://live.sing.musoniservices.com/cevi/index.php/Site/Login) in the browser's address bar and press Enter key.


  3. Login with your current Musoni credentials and click Login


  4. Prompt to reset your password should display. Type your preferred new password (should not have been used previously) in the New Password, confirm the new password in the Repeat Password and click Reset


  5. If successful, you should be redirected to the homepage of the Musoni site.
